Five years ago today my father lost his battle with cancer… and it still feels like only yesterday.
This image was one of my favorites of him growing up. It was taken the day he got his second star.

my father died of teberculousis only 3 years ago. atleast neither of them are suffering now.

I lost my mom to cancer 3 years ago. It’s odd how time can be a moment and an eternity all at once.
I hope the hum of his presense in your life is a comfort now, instead of the ache of loss.
